This medallion celebrates the world famous AVA (American Viticultural Area) of Alexander Valley, located in the heart of Sonoma County. Made of 2 troy ounces of .999 Fine Silver, and a very limited mintage of only 5,000 pieces, this medallion is sure to be a collector’s item.

- Reverse: In the outer diameter, the words “SONOMA COUNTY” and “ALEXANDER VALLEY” separated by two 5 point stars, in the inner diameter, the words “GRANTED AVA STATUS IN 1984,” and “2 TROY OZ .999 FINE SILVER,” and “LIMITED MINTAGE” surrounding the center of a relief of Sonoma County with Alexander Valley in textured frosting over a field of engraved “starburst pattern” lines.
