I saw this High-Relief Walking Liberty on SalivateMetal’s Youtube channel and had to get one (Also the St. Gaudens Double Eagle!!!). Now that I have it in-hand, it is AMAZING – BEAUTIFUL – FLAWLESS! I thought they’d look cool, based on the pictures here, but now that I see them and am holding one in my own hand — it’s stunningly beautiful. The font is just right, the eagle (rev) and liberty (obv) are exactly right. Honestly, it could not be any better! And I really like the frosted finish of the coin. I’m not sure if the planchet or the dies give it that finish, but it is about as perfect as it could be. Honestly, it is BETTER than the US Mint could produce. I’m addicted! I also bought the Mercury dime in 50mm 2 oz-t and the high-relief 39mm 2 oz-t versions, and each of them is seriously stunning! These are my new favorite rounds – and it’s not even close!
